SCCF Barbell Club – Weightlifting Class

It’s not too late to join us for the #sccfbarbellclub! Drop ins are $15 and all are welcome, including non-members.  Thursday at 6pm we will be working on our snatch doing drills like this one, and Saturday at 9:30am we’re going to work on our Clean and Jerk!

The snatch balance develops foot and arm speed and allows athletes to feel 100%+ of their best snatch. The KEY difference between the drop snatch and a snatch balance is the addition of the dip and drive, allowing athletes more time to receive the bar.
