Starting July 13th Greg Freeman will be launching a new class at SinCity CrossFit: SHRED45!
This will be 45 minutes of high intensity work focusing on plyometrics, speed and agility. It will utilize bodyweight movements and occasionally some kettlebells and dumbbells.

Class time will be Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 8am.
