Front squats 4-4-4-4-4

then,

“4:20 EMOM”

For time:

20 hang squat cleans

20 front rack lunges

20 power cleans

20 front squats

20 hang power cleans

20 back squats

*4 lateral bar burpees emom

Mens weight is 95lb and womens weight is 65lbs.  Post loads and time to beyond the whiteboard.
