Work Out of the Day


“No Fear”

As many rounds as possible in 25 minutes of:
400m run (buy in E5MOM)
10 alternating dumbbell snatches, 50/35lb
20 pushups
30 air squats
*Every 5 minutes starting with 0:00, run 400m
**wear a 20/15lb vest if you have one

Post rounds completed to beyond the whiteboard.
