We are Hosting a Pool Party This weekend!

This Sunday SinCity CrossFit will be hanging out at the Treasure Island pool with our members and Radio DJ Andy Gil! We will be sponsoring a Cinco De Mayo Pool Party and all SinCity members are invited! There will be Cabanas, fun Drinking/ CrossFit contests, and prizes!

Who: SinCity CrossFit Main, South, and West

What: Cinco De Mayo celebration and Opening Day for the Treasure Island pool and going away party for Touro Students!

Where: Treasure Island Pool

When: Sunday, May 4th, 2014 @ 1pm.

Front Squat 5-5-5-5-5

then,

12 minute amrap:

20 wallballs, 20/14lbs

10 pushups

5 burpees

1 medicine ball clean, 150/80lbs

Post loads and rounds to beyond the whiteboard.

Basics

800m row (0-4 minutes)

tabata box jumps, 20″ (4-8 minutes)

800m row (8-12 minutes)

tabata situps (12-16 minutes)

800m row (16-20 minutes)

tabata jumping pullups (20-24 minutes)

Post reps per movement and total reps to beyond the whiteboard.
