Work Out of the Day


 “Mount Fuji”

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
*200m run (beginning each round), then
3-6-9-12-15… reps of –
dumbbell front squats, 100/70lb
burpees
chest to bar pullups

Post reps completed to beyond the whiteboard.
