-10 kb swings, 53/35lb
-20 jumping lunges

For time:
5 rounds of –
-20 single leg db deadlifts, 50/35lb
-20 reverse lunges

Rest 3 minutes, then

7 rounds of –
-10 db/kb swings, 53/35lb
-20 jumping lunges

“Volt & Revolt at home 2”

For time:
5 rounds of –
-15 glute bridges
-20 reverse lunges

Rest 3 minutes, then

7 rounds of –
-20 goodmornings, broomstick
-20 plank leg lifts
