5 x 5 deficit handstand pushups

then,

“Norcal Classic – Grind House”

As many reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
60 kb swings, 53/35lb 
50/40 calorie bike
40 toes to bar 
30 hang power cleans, 135/95lb 
20 strict handstand pushups

Post rounds and reps completed to beyond the whiteboard.
