Work Out of the Day

100m sled drag for time, 100/70lb

In teams of 2,

as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

5 burpee box jumps, 20″

10 russian kb swings, 53/35lb

15 situps

*100m sled drag, 100/70lb

Post time and rounds completed to beyond the whiteboard.  One athlete works through the amrap while the other athlete drags sled.  They can only trade places after each sled drag.
