35 Back Squats, 115/75 lbs

Post loads and time to beyond the whiteboard.

Basics

4 rounds for time of:

400m run

2 minute rest

then,

For time:

20 v ups

30 wallballs, 20/14lbs

40 medicine ball situps, 20/14lbs

50 front squats, 20/14lbs

60 situps

70 air squats
