Build to a Max Macho Man Complex:

3 Power Cleans + 3 Front Squats + 3 Jerks

then,

As many rounds as possible in 9 minkutes of:

1 Macho Man Complex, 75% of max 

6 bar facing burpees

Post loads and rounds completed to beyond the whiteboard.
