In teams of 2 –
5min AMRAP:
1 medicine ball clean, 150/80lbs
10 toes to bar
5min AMRAP:
2 squat cleans, 205/145lbs
2 rope climbs
5min AMRAP:
3 deadlifts, 315/220lbs
3 parallette handstand pushups
5min AMRAP:
4 thrusters, 155/105lbs
4 muscle ups
5min AMRAP:
5 kb snatches, 70/53lbs
5 burpee over the box jump, 30/24″
5min AMRAP:
6 overheads squats, 135/95lbs
15 ghd situps
Post total rounds to beyond the whiteboard.  One person works while the other rest, switching off as needed.  There is no rest between stations.
