There are some schedule changes coming up next week! We are adding a new strength class for anyone that wants to focus on getting stronger! And a gymnastics class once a week as well! Also every Thursday will be bring a friend day and the wods and metcons will be the same! Click on the schedule link to see the changes!
We will be have the following workout times on Labor Day: 9am, 10am, and noon only!
The new skills cycle starts next week! The first skills class on Tuesday is free to try if you are still on the fence about doing! If you have been in the metcon for a while it might be time to step it up and improve your results by moving to the wods!
