Work Out of the Day

 

Deadlift 2-2-2-2-2

then,

“Dead Sled”

In teams of 2,

10 rounds for time of:

10 deadlifts, 185/125lbs

10 slapping pushups

60 yard sled push, 190/135lbs

Post loads and time to beyond the whiteboard.  One athlete works while the other rests.  They must complete 1 full round and then tag their teammate to complete the next round.

Basics

Deadlift 5-5-5-5-5

then,

As many rounds as possible in 5 minutes of:

5 deadlifts

20 double unders

Post time to beyond the whiteboard.
