300m run.  21 deadlifts, 225/155lb.  9 toes to bar

300m run.  18 deadlifts, 225/155lb.  12 toes to bar

300m run.  15 deadlifts, 225/155lb.  15 toes to bar

300m run.  12 deadlifts, 225/155lb.  18 toes to bar

300m run.  9 deadlifts, 225/155lb.  21 toes to bar

 

Post loads and time to beyond the whiteboard.
