WOD – January 2, 2014

We hope everyone had a great New Year’s!  We are so excited for what 2014 will bring!  Whether it may be to compete in the open, lose weight, get your first pullup, or make it to regionals, we are ready to help everyone accomplish all their fitness goals this year!

Work Out of the Day“Tag Team 2”In teams of 2, 2 round of –5 minute amrap:-200m sprint relay5 minute rest5 minute amrap:-5 front squats, 135/95lbs-10 burpees-5 shoulder to overhead, 135/95lbs5 minute restOne athlete works while the other rests.  Post sprint rounds, amrap rounds, and total rounds to beyond the whiteboard.
