thrusters, 95/65lb


rest until minute 10, then

“Hard Fran”

15-12-9 reps for time of:

thrusters, 115/75lb

chest to bar pullups

rest until minute 20, then

“Evil Fran”

12-9-6 reps for time of:

thrusters, 135/95lb

bar muscle ups

Post 3 separate times to beyond the whiteboard.
