Today’s workouts are all normal times!

Tuesday is a half day, with the last workout at noon!

We are closed Wednesday for Christmas!

Thursday we have 9am, 10am, 11am, 430pm, and 530pm workouts!

Work Out the Day“SCCF 12 Days of Christmas 2013”For time: 1 muscle up/rope climb2 ground to overhead, 95/65lbs3 handstand pushups4 sumo deadlift high pulls, 95/65lbs5 ring dips6 squat cleans, 95/65lbs7 burpees over the bar8 thrusters, 95/65lbs9 pullups10 shoulder to overhead, 95/65lbs11 box jumps, 30/24″12 overhead squats, 95/65lbsPost time to beyond the whiteboard.  The reps scheme is like the song, 1, 2 1, 3 2 1, and so on.  The last round starts with 12 overhead squats and finishes with 1 muscle up or rope climb. [nggallery id=393]BasicsFor time:1 burpee box jump, 20″2 ball slams, 30/20lbs3 grasshoppers4 back burpees5 wallballs, 20/14lbs6 situps7 kb swings, 53/35lbs8 pushups9  medicine ball cleans, 20/14lbs10 box jumps, 20″11 walking lunges, 53/35lbs1200m runPost time to beyond the whiteboard.  The reps scheme is like the song, 1, 2 1, 3 2 1, and so on.  The last round starts with a 1200m run and ends with 1 burpee box jump.
