In teams of 2,
as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
10 overhead squats, 95/65lb8 toes to bar6 burpee box jumps, 24/20″
or
10 overhead walking lunges, 20/14lb8 medicine ball situps, 20/14lb6 box jumps, 24/20″
Post rounds completed to beyond the whiteboard. One athlete works while the other rests. Athletes must switch each movement.
