1 Rep Max Deadlift

then,

Naughty or Nice 4“

4 rounds for max reps in 3 minutes of:4 deadlifts, 315/205lb8m handstand walk12 ghd situps or medball situps24 double unders*rest 1 minute after each round

or 

8 ball slams
8m bear crawl
12 situps48 jump rope singles*rest 1 minute after each round

Pick up where you leave off each round.  Post rounds completed to beyond the whiteboard.
