5 sets of 1 Pause Front Squats + 2 Front Squat



5 rounds for max reps in 2 minutes of:
10 hang squat cleans, 95/65lb
12 burpee box jump overs, 20″
max rep hang squat cleans, 95/65lb
2 minute rest

Post loads and reps to beyond the whiteboard.
