Work Out of the Day

“Brain Buster”

As many reps as possible in 20 minutes of:

hang squat clean x current round

5 pullups

10 air squats

15 situps

*clean reps correspond with round #.  1 clean the first round, two the second round etc.

Choose any weight you want for the clean.

Score = clean lbs x rounds completed.

Post score to beyond the white board.
