Weighted Chest to Bar Pullups 6-6-6-6-6

then, 

“Ring Leader”

4 rounds for max reps in 3 minutes of:
50 double unders
8 deadlifts, 225/145lb
12 ring rows
max rep wallballs, 20/14lb
Rest 3 minutes

Post reps completed to beyond the whiteboard.
