As many rounds as possible in 25 minutes of:

5 handstand pushups

10 pullups

15 situps

20 box jumps, 20″

Post total rounds to beyond the whiteboard.



As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

10 wallballs, 20/14lbs

15 situps

100m run

Post rounds completed on beyond the whiteboard.
