As many reps as possible in 2 minute intervals of:

  1. 5 ring muscle ups or 10 chest to bar pullups
    50 double unders
    max rep thrusters, 115/75lb
    rest 2 minutes
  2. 50 double unders
    10 thrusters, 115/75lb
    max ring muscle ups or 10 chest to bar pullups
    rest 2 minutes
  3. 10 thrusters, 115/75lb
    5 ring muscle ups or 10 chest to bar pullups
    max rep double unders
    rest 2 minutes
  4. 50 double unders
    10 thrusters, 115/75lb
    max rep ring muscle ups or 10 chest to bar pullups
    rest 2 minutes
  5. 5 ring muscle ups or 10 chest to bar pullups
    50 double unders
    max rep thrusters, 115/75lb
    rest all day
