***We have regular class schedule today***
The Valentine’s Day Massacre was so much fun! There are so many people to thank. I will post an event wrap up on Monday.
Paleo Nick’s Seminar was amazing as always. All of you that attended are on your way to becoming culinary ninjas. I know you will use the skills you learned to improve your nutrition and in doing so your fitness as well. We would love to have Nick come down again in the future. It really is one of the best seminars out there in the CrossFit community. Thanks so much to Nick and all his staff for cooking up that delicious tri tip on V day and for the excellent seminar on Sunday.
