WOD – February 17, 2014

Today we only have 4 workout times:  10am, 12pm, 430pm, and 530pm!  WOD and Basics is available at all 4 times!

Our New Year Fit Challenge ends this week!  Challenge wods will be Tuesday through Friday and weigh ins will be Thursday and Friday!

Work Out of the DayIn teams of 2,as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:50 toes to bar – buy in-5 burpees (lateral over bar)-10 shoulder to overhead, 115/75lbs-15 situpsPost rounds completed to beyond the whiteboard.  One athlete works while the other rests.  Athletes may switch as many times as necessary on toes to bar.  After buy in, athletes must alternate every movement.
