1:00-2:00 rest

2:00-4:00 sprint 400m

4:00-6:00 rest

6:00-7:00 max rep shoulder to overhead, 115/75lb

7:00-8:00 rest

Post slowest sled push time, slowest run, and lowest round of shoulder to overhead to beyond the whiteboard.
