WOD – February 26, 2016

Today is the first workout of the 2016 CrossFit Open!  If you still haven’t registered, go to games.crossfit.com and do it!

The evening classes will be in heats starting every 25 minutes.  When you come in you can write your name in for a heat time on the whiteboard.  You will need to warm up and all heats will start on time.  Everyone will be expected to judge at least once.

Work Out of the Day

CrossFit Open Workout 16.1.

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
25-ft. overhead walking lunge, 95/65lb
8 burpees
25-ft. overhead walking lunge, 95/65lb
8 chest-to-bar pull-ups

*scaled adults and teens =  45/35lb front rack lunge and jumping pullups

**masters 55+ and 14-15 teens= overhead walking lunge, 65/45lb and pullups

***scaled masters = walking lunge and 8 jumping pullups
