Work Out of the Day


“Beastmode”

As many reps as possible in 17 minutes of:

25 pistols

20 lateral burpees over barbell

15 squat cleans

*weight increases each round

Rx = 135/95lb > 185/125lb > 225/155lb > 275/185lb

Intermediate = 50 air squats.  95/65lb >  115/75lb > 135/95lb >  155/105lb

Beginner = 25 air squats.  10 burpees.  45/35lb > 65/45lb > 75/55lb > 95/65lb

Post reps completed to beyond the whiteboard.
