Work Out of the Day“2 Minute Defense”

For time:

5 rounds of –

1 power clean, 135/93lbs

3 hang squat clean

2 push jerk

200ft sprint

After the 5 rounds, rest 2 minutes and repeat.  Post total time to beyond the whiteboard.
