There are only 2 weeks left until the CrossFit Open begins!  Go to the 2012 CrossFit Games website to register.  Then join our team.  We will be hosting the first open workout on Feb. 25th.  We will be alternating venues with some other CrossFit boxes in the valley.  Everyone is encouraged to participate.
