WOD – February 18, 2013

Thanks to Nick and his crew: Dale, John, Katie, and Jess!  The knowledge dished out, along with all the great tasting food and hands on experience made this such an amazing seminar!  And with all the delicious food we are bringing home, it’s going to be easy to always keep it paleo!

There is a limited class schedule today for President’s Day!  Wod and metcon are available at 9am, 10am, noon, 430pm, 530pm, and 630pm!  And there is no kids class today.

This is the first workout for the diet challenges!  Make sure and log your times.

The body fat measurements will be this Saturday between 11am and 1pm.  There is a sign up sheet at the front desk.
