In teams of 3 –

As many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:

50 shoulder press, 95/65lb

50 shoulder press, 115/75lb

max rep shoulder press,135/85lb

-3 Minute Rest-

As many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:

50 front squat, 115/75lb

50 front squat, 135/95lb

max rep front squat, 155/105lb

-3 Minute Rest-

As many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:

50 power cleans, 135/95lb

50 power cleans, 155/105lb

max rep power cleans, 185/125lb

Post reps for each round and total reps to beyond the whiteboard.
