Our thoughts and prayers go out to Kevin Ogar!  He was injured at the OC Throwdown and is now paralyzed from the waste down.  We will be doing a special workout for him this friday and raising money to help with his recovery.  Donation website is coming soon, but we will accept cash or checks payable to Kevin Ogar.
