Clean and Jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

then, 

As many reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

3 squat cleans

6 push jerks

9 toes to bar

*Every 3 rounds the weight will increase in the following pattern:  135/95lb, 145/100lb, 155/105lb, 165/110, 175/115lb

Post loads and reps completed to beyond the whiteboard.
