Find 1rm Overhead Squat
then,
5 rounds for max reps of:
1 minute overhead squat, 95/65lb
1 minute toes to bar
1 minute row for calories
1 minute rest
Post weight lifted and reps for each round and total reps to beyond the whiteboard. There is a 10 second transition between movements.
