Work Out of the Day

In teams of 2,

5 rounds for max reps in 4 minutes of:

300m run with ball, 20/14lb

40 situps – handstand hold

max rep handstand pushups

2 minutes rest

*Both athletes run together sharing 1 ball.  They share situp reps, but 1 must be in handstand during situps.  Then they both do as many hspu until time runs out. 

Post total reps to beyond the whiteboard.
