In Teams of Two- for time:
250 double unders
200 box jumps, 24/20″
150 kb swings, 53/35lb
100 burpees
1 mile run
Movements may be partitioned and done in any order. Both athletes must run together. All other movements are done with one teammate working and while the other is resting.
