Work Out of the Day

In teams of 2 for time:

21-15-9 reps of –

-russian kb swings, 53/35lbs

-burpees

Rest

21-15-9 reps of –

-russian kb swings, 53/35lbs

-wallballs, 20/14lbs

Rest

21-15-9 reps of –

-russian kb swings, 53/35lbs

-box jumps, 24/20″

One athlete completes a couplet while the other rest.  When the set of 9 finished they tag their partner and and they complete the same couplet.  They continue in this way until both athletes have completed all the work.  Post time to beyond the whiteboard.
