Work Out of the Day

Push or Split Jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

then,

As many reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

5 minutes handstand pushups

4 minutes row for calories

3 minutes push jerks, 155/105lbs

2 minutes deadlifts, 155/105lbs

1 minute hand release pushups

Post reps completed to beyond the whiteboard.

Basics

800m run for time

then,

2 minute situps max

then,

As many reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

5 minutes burpee box jumps

4 minutes row for calories

3 minutes ball slams

2 minutes situps

1 minute hand release pushups

Post reps completed to beyond the whiteboard.
