“Synchro Broomstick Mile”

In teams of 2 for time:

25 synchro back squats

25 synchro front squats

25 synchro overhead squats

400m run

25 synchro shoulder press

25 synchro push press

25 sychro push jerk

400m run

50 synchro cleans

400m run

50 synchro snatches

400m run

Post time to beyond the whiteboard.  Rx’d weight is 45/35lb for all movements.  Can be scaled to pvc pipe.  All movement must be completed at the same time and both athletes must run together.
