Pause front Squat 3-3-3-3-3 (3 seconds)

then,

As many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

30 double unders

25 air squats

20 double unders

15 pushups

10 double unders

5 ring dips

Post loads and times to beyond the whiteboard.

Basics

10 rounds for time:

100m run

30 seconds rest

then,

2 minutes max rep air squats

then,

As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

60 singles

25 air squats

40 singles

15 pushups

20 singles

5 clapping pushups

Post time and rounds to beyond the whiteboard.
