Back Squat 5-5-5-5-5 (80% for all 5 sets)



As many reps as possible in 20 minutes of:

400m run

max pullups

Post loads and times to beyond the whiteboard.


5 rounds for max reps in 4 minutes of:

400m run

20 overhead walking lunges, 20/14lbs

max rep burpees

Rest 2 minutes

Post burpee reps for each round and total burpee reps to beyond the whiteboard.
