3 position clean 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 (hi hang, low hang, ground)

then,

3 rounds for time of:

15 deadlifts, 155/105lbs

15 situps

12 hang power cleans, 155/105lbs

15 situps

9 jerks, 155/105lbs

15 situps

Post loads and time to beyond the whiteboard.

Basics

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

200m run

6 wallballs, 20/14lbs

9 medicine ball cleans, 20/14lbs

12 kb swings, 53/35lbs
