WOD – March 10, 2016

This Friday evening we will be hosting 16.3!  Heats start at 4pm and continue until 8pm.  Make sure and show up early to warm up and be prepared to judge for someone.

Work Out of the Day

In teams of 2, for time:

800m run

600m run with medicine ball, 20/14lbs

400m sled push, 235/165lbs

200m farmers carry, 140/106lb

100m overhead carry, 106/70lbs

50m handstand walk or 90m bear crawl

*Movements can be partitioned and completed in any order.  Both athletes move together throughout each distance and they switch on and off with loads.  Post time to beyond the whiteboard.
