6 devil press, 50/35lb
20ft forward DB bear crawl, 50/35lb
12 chest to bar pull up
20ft reverse DB bear crawl, 50/35lb
then, remaining rounds –
6 devil press, 50/35lb
20ft handstand walk
12 chest to bar pull up
20ft handstand walk

Post time and rounds completed to beyond the whiteboard.
