WOD – March 17, 2016

Happy St Patrick’s Day!  If you aren’t wearing green be prepared to do 17 burpee!

This Friday evening we will be closed.  We will be traveling to SinCity CrossFit South for 16.4!  The last wod time that day here is at noon.  

Come down tonight at 5pm to watch the announcement of 16.4 and watch our Coaches crush the workout!

In teams of 2 for time:

100 pullups

100m sled push, 280/190lbs

100 pushups

100m sled push, 280/190lbs

100 situps

100m sled push, 280/190lbs

100 air squats

100m sled push, 280/190lbs

*drinking a beer with every sled push is optional (byob)

Post time to beyond the whiteboard.  One athlete works, while the other rests.
