BasicsAs many reps as possible in 20 minutes:10 jumping pullups10 kb swings, 53/35lbs10 walking lunges, 53/35lbs*400m run E5MOMPost total reps to beyond the whiteboard.  The workout starts with a 400m run, and it’s repeated every 5 minutes.  Athletes pick up where they left off on reps.
