5 x max strict handstand pushups

then,

“Breakthrough”

4 rounds for max reps in 4 minutes of:
1 minute side plank (buy in)
1 wall climbs
4 grasshoppers
8 v ups
1 minute rest

Post rep and rounds to beyond the whiteboard.
